5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or weather conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and order size.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Note:

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
